What Do the Friends Do?
|
- Manage the book sales room
|
- Help buy books, supplies, equipment and other essentials for the public use of the library
|
|
|
- Receive an informative newsletter about the library and upcoming events
|
- Attend interesting programs every month featuring famous authors, timely themes and entertainment
|
- Support programs for children, families and seniors, including art programs and Oasis programs
|
- The Friends of the Hervey/Pt Loma Branch of the San Diego Public Library is a membership group. It is open to all ages and at a variety of membership level options. The only requirement is a love of libraries and a desire to support our local branch and its activities. Download or pick up a membership envelope and return it to the circulation desk today!
